When it comes to exercise for weight loss, you can no doubt rely on light activities such as walking and running to help you shed some weight off. As a strength coach, I would suggest you to include weight training as part of your exercise regime. Here’s why.
Weight loss may not be easy but weight loss information, both valid and harmful, are readily available. What about after weight loss? Do you just not doing anything to maintain your weight loss? Of course, not. You don’t want your weight loss effort to go wasted by doing nothing. So what can you do? Here are a few things you can do.
Weight loss can be a long frustrating process. What is more frustrating than that is that you gain the weight back after your weight loss. Luckily, you are not doomed to gain the weight back as long as you are doing the right thing. Knowing why you could gain the weight back after the weight loss could be helpful for you to make better decisions along your fitness journey.
